Founded on the principles of unity, empowerment, innovation and self-reliance, TEA connects communities, institutions, development partners, government agencies, investors and the private sector to create lasting positive impact.
Operating as a Company Limited by Guarantee, TEA builds partnerships that promote inclusive growth, strengthen local institutions and improve livelihoods throughout Uganda and East Africa.
